Effective January 2025Eligibility Criteria
You can request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you've completed less than 25% of your enrolled course. We want you to feel confident in your decision to learn with us.
Refunds aren't available for courses that have been substantially accessed or completed. If you've worked through most of the material, downloaded course resources, or attended live sessions, you've received the full value of your investment.
14-Day Window
Request your refund within two weeks of purchase. After this period, all sales become final as course content remains accessible.
Progress Limit
Less than 25% course completion required. This ensures you haven't consumed the majority of course materials before requesting a refund.
Resource Access
Minimal downloads only. Extensive downloading of course materials, templates, or worksheets indicates full access to course value.
The Refund Process
Submit Your Request
Email help@iovarouion.com with your name, order number, and reason for the refund. We review every request personally and typically respond within one business day.
Review Period
Our team checks your account activity and course progress. Most reviews are completed within 24-48 hours. We'll contact you if we need any additional information.
Approval Notification
Once approved, you'll receive confirmation by email. Your course access will be revoked at this point to prevent further content use.
Payment Processing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Bank processing times can vary, but most people see their refund within a week.
Non-Refundable Items
Some purchases can't be refunded. Monthly subscription renewals beyond the first payment aren't eligible. One-on-one coaching sessions that have already occurred can't be refunded, though you can cancel future sessions. And if you've received a course at a promotional or discounted rate through a special offer, those sales are final.

- Medical emergencies or significant life events are considered on a case-by-case basis. We're understanding when genuine hardship occurs.
- Course content errors or missing materials will be addressed promptly. Your refund is guaranteed if we can't provide the complete course as advertised.
- Duplicate purchases made by accident are fully refundable regardless of timing. Just let us know and we'll sort it out quickly.
Your Rights and Responsibilities
Under Australian Consumer Law, you have guaranteed rights when purchasing our courses. If there's a major problem with your purchase, you're entitled to a refund. This includes situations where the course differs significantly from its description or isn't fit for purpose.

Course materials are protected by copyright. Requesting a refund after downloading or copying course content is considered a violation of our terms. We take intellectual property seriously.
